As a leading force in the construction industry, Alberici has more than 100 years of history and annual revenues exceeding $1 billion. We are currently looking to add an accomplished, organized, and deadline-driven Marketing Manager to our St. Louis-based marketing team.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for providing marketing and business development support for various Alberici business units. The primary responsibilities of this position are centered around independently leading multidiscipline teams through each stage of the business acquisition process, including the prequalification, proposal, and client presentation phases.
This individual is responsible for the creation and implementation of clear win strategies and strategic messaging, including unique value proposition development, for pursuits and new business opportunities. The Marketing Manager will also perform focused industry research and competitor analysis to identify areas of opportunity and sustained growth.
Effective business writing is a significant component of this role’s essential duties. In this position, the Marketing Manager will research, gather, organize, and create compelling content based on relevant project data and key experience for use in proposals, project profiles, resumes, and collateral material.
The Marketing Manager will also assist in the creation of content for use on Alberici’s corporate website and social media accounts and support other marketing department initiatives as needed.
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree plus 7-15 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Graduate degree or professional certification a plus. The ideal candidate will also possess proficiency in both Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suites.
