    The Co-op student will provide general office support and services to a project of moderate or major scope determined by a hiring manager. This a co-op/ internship opportunity for 4, 8, 12 or 16 months. 


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, however, other duties may be assigned.  Reasonable accommodations can be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.


    • Assists with documentation required for jobs including schedules, manpower charts, cost tracking, invoices, and supporting documentation
    • Tracks change orders and creates, maintains, and update subcontracts 
    • Provides information flow to the project team (contracts, shop drawings, contract changes, etc.
    • Ensures the project is meeting the project schedule and budget 
    • Coordinates support functions on the project site, including ordering materials, consumables & tools through the warehouse, etc. 
    • Traces tools & equipment for the Project Manager and distributes them for verification 
    • Monitors payment status of all assigned contracts/subcontracts and coordinates receivables 
    • Provides status report of project milestones and adjustment to schedules
    • Other tasks as assigned


    Post-secondary status with a focus in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
