We are currently looking to add a professional, well-organized, outgoing, and self-motivated Administrative Assistant to our St. Louis-based Support Services team.
The Administrative Assistant will perform and coordinate clerical and administrative support services as desired by the Facility Manager. Functions will include providing assistance to the Office Operations Coordinator, such as sorting and distributing incoming mail, as well as collecting outgoing mail. Other related tasks could include ordering and organization of company office supplies, preparation of conference rooms for meetings and special events, and tracking and recordkeeping of facility permits and other files. This position will also act as a backup to the Corporate Concierge as needed, which includes receiving visitors at the front desk, determining the nature of their business and directing visitors to their destination. Similar duties that fall under the Administrative Assistant include tracking entries and exits of employees from the main office premises, using the paging system to make announcements, and managing the phone console.
Qualified candidates will possess a high school diploma plus a minimum of two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Extensive background with Outlook and Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint is required as well.
